Sales Terms

7Boutik.com is owned by 7Cortex and is a marketplace where suppliers around the world provide goods and services to consumers. Because of this aspect, delivery terms and conditions are specified in the description of the product.

Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing from us. By using the 7Boutik.com marketplace, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

We advise you to print and keep a copy of these terms for your records. Please note that we may make changes to these terms from time to time, so please check them each time you use the online shop.

1. Our contract
1.1. When you place an order to purchase a product from us and that we have received and processed a valid payment, you will be sent an e-mail by 7Boutik.com on behalf of our suppliers confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order.
1.2. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from the suppliers acting as a Seller on the 7Boutik.com Platform, which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation stating that the supplier has dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail").
1.3. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail.
1.4. Any products on the same order which have not been confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail as having been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
1.5. PayPal or Moneybookers will process your payment on our behalf.
1.6. The supply of goods from the online shop is subject to availability.
1.7. Whilst we always try to inform you if any goods are unavailable before you place and order, we cannot always do this. If this happens you will be informed by email and you will either not be charged or be refunded for any unfulfilled items.

2. Description & Availability
2.1. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our web site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods or services in order to assist your purchasing decision.
2.2. All goods and services advertised are strictly subject to availability.

3. Prices & cancellation by us
3.1. The price payable for goods or services will be stipulated on our web site at the time you place your order.
3.2. The price shown is the final price.
3.3. Any delivery charges are extra.
3.4  We reserve the right to cancel your Contract if: 

• The supplier have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
• The supplier does not deliver to your area;
• one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error;
• or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers;
• your payment is refused or not authorised.

3.5  If we do cancel your Contract, we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

4. Withdrawal By You
4.1. By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
4.2. You can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will ensure that you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item within 30 days.
4.3. Please note: 7Boutik.com can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
4.4. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
• we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
• where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
4.5. We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
4.6. Note: 7boutik.com cannot generate refunds for items purchased from third-party sellers on Marketplace. Only your seller can generate a refund.
4.7. To withdraw your order you must notify us in writing using our contact form set out in the Contact page of this web site with your name, address and order number.
4.8. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order then, unless you have lost your right to withdraw because you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
4.9. If you withdraw your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us to the address provided by 7Boutik.com by return mail at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
4.10. Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

5. Shipping and Customs Duty
5.1. All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
5.2. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 30 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.
5.3. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or Fulfilment Company or a full refund.
5.4. If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.

6.Delivery of goods to you

6.1.We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. The seller processes the order as soon as payment is received. Please check the delivery area before ordering. The delivery area is defined by the supplier in each product's description. 

6.2.We will try to deliver your goods as fast as possible but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you unless caused by our negligence.

6.3.You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods.

6.4.Unless otherwise stated delivery of goods ordered through the 7boutik.com site, will be delivered within 30 days of order. If however we are unable to deliver the goods in the allotted time scale our customers will be informed immediately and be given the option to either agree to a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.

7. Security
